Friday, April 7, 2017 - Still tight and chewy. Concentrated tannins, dark inky purple color, rich fruit and spice plus a moderately long finish with subtle earth and minerality that made this a perfect choice for paring with steak and honey-truffle chicken & roasted root veggies. Could lay down for 5-8 more years and still deliver strong performance.
