Saturday, July 21, 2012 - Dark golden brown color like coffee liquor. Complex end expressive bouquet with a lot of coffee, burnt sugar, licorice, ginger and cinnamon. On the palate the same, plus mocha and chocolate, dates, sweet spices and soft bitterness. Beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity. On the palate this is a beauty, but the finish is quite short.
