Wednesday, January 18, 2012 - After all that's been said about Silver Oak's decline, this 2002 held up wonderfully. Rich, tongue-coating texture, and enough tannin for a mouth watering finish. Not as complex as other premium Cali cabs I've tried, but satisfying nonetheless.
