Saturday, May 26, 2012 - Broke this open at Cafe Amano. After decanting about 30 minutes aromas of forest floor, cedar and cocoa powder emanated from the deep purple. Drank very well after 10 years of cellaring with rich cassis and blueberry flavors and a lingering soft tannic finish. Very enjoyable with the grass-fed filet mignon at Cafe Amano.
