Wednesday, October 3, 2007 - On the nose there was lots of black fruit, black currant, plum, cherries, rich earthy soil, mushrooms, mold. Very dry, with soft, velvety tannins, med plus acidity with a long finish, first fruit and spices upfront then dust, earth, with a mineraly or tinny end. Very good quality, pre-phylloxera ungrafted vines.
