Saturday, March 18, 2023 - These aged brunellos are difficult to gauge how much air to provide. Opened the bottle from the cellar around 530pm and started to drink at 630pm after a decant. Realized that it needed a lot more decant time. As it barely started to open up and show its characters at 830pm.

Soft leather, blue and red fruit mix (blue berry, cherry), soft tannins, nice medium minus acidity, low sugar. Showed some early stages of tertiary flavors.

Can leave it for another 3+ years.
