Tuesday, January 4, 2000 - Lovely nose, good depth and varietal character, spicy and toasty oak from the new Seguin-Moreau barrels, hint of vanilla; good weight, concentration and structure, juicy, ripe texture; good length. Needs food, will become more harmonious over the next 24 months.
