Monday, March 3, 2014 - Tasting. Unmistakably Raveneau--I've no idea why but their oak doesn't seem to resemble that of anyone else. Struck me as being on the luscious end of the Chablis spectrum, with lemons and minerals. Love wines from this source but prefer them with additional age and that's how I felt about these few sips. It's the last I'll ever see of this wine; I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy it more in five years.
