Saturday, October 17, 2015 - Very elegant and smooth, rather light bodied. With fresh tropical fruits and fine minerality. nice acidity and fruit balance which make it into a wine for both solely drinking or pairing it with mildly flavored seafood like steamed fish. Will need more time to cellar before showing its best.
