Thursday, March 3, 2016 - Severe bottle variation from first...this one super fresh and clean (as you would expect). Classic chalk on the nose, first glass weighing heavily on minerality, as bottle opens up pink grapefruit takes focus and midpalate gains weight. Great complexity and sheer hedonistic pleasure. Did not disappoint...Raveneau never should.
