Sunday, April 17, 2016 - Took a while to open up, initially showing little more than minerality and vanilla. With air, showed more herbal notes on the nose along with full, but none of the smoky notes or more interesting complexity. The palate is all minerals, lime, lemon, floral, and slightly waxy, with lasting acidity. Very mineral-driven, with loads of salinity. Medium-long finish of saline and a bit of herbs.
