Wednesday, November 23, 2016 - Light nose of citrus, hint of yellow apple... Taste of citrus, coquillage, hint of mineral, you can feel the "craie" terroir with the grainy particules of mineral in the wine, this wine improved dramatically with aeration and went from 88/100 to 92/100 after 15 minutes of aeration!!
