Wednesday, December 25, 2019 - Lemon, apple, and sea breeze make for a concentrated but otherwise classically Chablissien nose if not for the top note of honeyed florals that lend the 2011 Montée de Tonnerre a sense of weight and richness. Moderate acidity and dense limestone minerality on the palate. As usual one of Raveneau's top cuveés.
