Thursday, May 25, 2023 - My best bottle of this yet, though all have been outstanding. All of the marine salinity, crushed seashells, tart apple and hint of lime; great viscosity and extract; brisk though perfectly measured acidity holds it all together and carries to a splendidly impactful finish. Great stuff and will easily hold another 3-5 years.
