Friday, August 13, 2021 - So, six days later and this wine has shed its fleece of impermanence. The nose now is fully intergrated with good bright lift; the palate is of sweet mineral, something with slightly tropical flavours, but all held is
held in check by determining if understated acidity.

This wine will go on for a long time yet. But in my experience, when it goes down, it will go down quickly (farmyard, woof, woof, is not far away).
