Likes this wine:

Saturday, July 24, 2021 - First time having 10 year old Meursault and it was very enjoyable. A friend remarked that the wine was stored properly on its side for a long time, from seeing the liquid marks on the cork which made it about an inch to an inch and a half, but also what appeared to be the baseline for other growth would be apparent over time. However and fortunately the wine was in great shape. A medley of dried fruits that included pineapple. apricot, raisins, peach, light honey, and either hazelnut or almond, and this is all just on the nose alone. There was still enough acidity for this bottle to age a few more years at least, but it was quite wonderful with dinner. Worth popping the cork when there is good company and rich tasting fish and shellfish around!
