Friday, April 16, 2021 - Don't this Carmenere, Petit Verdot blend very often. Not sure why. This is one of only wines that does it consistently well. You are first struck by the deep purple color. Very unique. Lots of big and ripe dark fruit and molasses. Tannins still structured in this 2010 offering. I had Coravined a bottle over past year, and it was still bright, dry and fruity in the last third of the bottle. Wine softened up a bit after 30 minutes, but this is still a well structured wine, but I'd be drinking it now if I was you. Special treat to share with friends. I'd recommend 30 mins to an hour of decant on this vintage.
