Monday, December 31, 2012 - First night the nose was prominent butterscotch. The second night the nose was a little less butterscotch and more light cherry. I like this wine overall. Its dry, but not too dry and it has enough backbone that makes you think. Very earthy finish that is long and enjoyable. It will be fun to see how this evolves over time.
