Monday, October 18, 2021 - Aromas of black cherries and raspberries. Medium to full-bodied, again cherries and raspberries, some marzipan, tobacco and salty (soy-like) notes. Tannins still noticeable, a lively acidity will make it age well. Needed a two hour decant to open up completely.
