Saturday, September 3, 2022 - Tasted at Epicure in Paris. Fine toast, popcorn, melted butter a splash of lime juice, red apples, green apple with a nice mineral dimension and fresh herbs. It goes on with notes of caramel and a whiff of vanilla. On the amazingly rich and lush palate you’ll find a creamy texture along with the fresh acidity. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this getting even better.
