Sunday, November 19, 2023 - A bit shy initially but slowly opens with lemon confit, pears and popcorn. Intense and stringent, harmonious and balanced. Maturity makes the wine coherent with depth and complexity while the acidity retains its freshness. Good length finish. Drink or keep a bit longer.
