Wednesday, April 17, 2024 - Medium yellow in color. Initially reductive which quickly blows away to showcase superb aromas of yellow citrus oils, lemon curd, peaches, hint of melted butter and dried florals. Concentrated and palate staining flavors of yellow citrus and orchard pit fruits, saline notes, very good acidity and a very long, powerful finish. Superb.
