Sunday, April 7, 2013 - Pungent, sappy, musky, creamy & lively, with lime-flesh/lime-oil, ginger, quince, lanolin, lavender, crushed stone, guava, kiwi, & grapefruit.
Excellent acidity, especially for an '11.
Medium intensity. Medium+ length & persistence. Finishes with sappy lime-flesh & citrus pith.
Yes. Yum.
