Thursday, June 29, 2017 - Excellent nose of roasted black cherries and grilled herb switches with hints of grilling meat juices. Medium-Full bodied, rich and quite dense. Like all 2010 CdPs, this has a fantastic structure with good quality (and amount of) tannin and bright acidity. Absolutely delicious, this is nearing full maturity but may open and add complexity with another year or two in the cellar. Fantastic example of entry level 2010 Chateauneuf. Drink 2017-2023+ 91
