The nose opens beautifully with soft vanila, ripe dark berries, including blackcurrent, iron (rust), a touch of smoke. The nose is stunning, at least to me. The palate has a sweet touch to it, which is substituted with an edgy acidity that might be too much tom some people, but not to me. I wish I had more bottles left (and in the glass as I'm drinking as I'm writing this). Drink now or hold a few years more, but not too long. Cheers guys & gals.
