Monday, November 19, 2018 - More Bebu (Chicago, IL): Not much reduction here tonight. Lovely tart white fruits, and I particularly love the pineapple tone here. The palate isn't as dense and concentrated as the better St. Aubin sites, but there's still plenty to love here. To me, more than ready to enjoy now, but a few years will help to round off any remaining sharp edges.
