Saturday, March 23, 2019 - Colour med Ruby , pink edges and purples hues 15/15
Nose med intensity, ripe darker fruit, blackcurrent, cherries, white pepper, vanilla , a certain softness on the nose 28/30
Palate Med to full bodied, fresh alive fruit juices , plenty of acid which is lifting the fruit, more vanilla than coconut, chocolate, liquorice, drying tannins on the finish elegant 43/44
Overall as they say , a solid classic Shiraz, everything in spades, very hard to fault 11/11
Held up well over the next 24 hours and lost a litttle of the primary red fruits on the nose
