Tasted non blind. Followed off and on over 24 hours.

Garnet color in the glass, clear to slightly dusty looking. Nose of birch, black cherry and light notes of black pepper. Flavors of black raspberry, black cherry and a hint of plum. Medium acidity, medium tanning, full bodied. Drink over the short term, let's call it 2 years tops. Pretty much pop and pour right now.
