Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Translucent brick in the glass, aromatic earthy nose, bit hot, palate is balanced with fine acidity and tanins, cherry, cassis, cacao and A long fruit forward finish. Perfect accompaniment to smoked pork chops, mashers and red cabbage.
