Thursday, October 12, 2017 - Popped and poured but should have decanted for sediment. Nose of black cherry, black currant, slightly vegetal and earthy with some cedar cigar box and tobacco notes. Similar flavors on the palate with medium to medium+ acid. Tannins fully integrated, medium body. I would probably drink up if holding any while there is still some fruit left.
