Saturday, January 6, 2024 - lovely wine, way out of it's league, natural wine making with no added yeasts, no filtration, lovely with cheese plater, mature notes on the nose, but a lot of fruit on the palate, nose with time becomes like chocolate, good acidity, fresh and drinkable
