Saturday, June 1, 2013 - I approach my white Burgundies with a certain amount of trepidation as I have had great anticipation dashed with pre-mox. Not the case with this wine. Light golden in color. Very fresh on the nose. Bright, youthful and complex in the mouth. Improved over the 3 hours it was consumed suggesting life ahead. Delicious!
