Sunday, January 29, 2012 - Opened for a recipe. Light, clear, golden yellow color. Petrol, apples, flinty minerality, and lemon zest on the nose. Light body with tart, citrusy acidity. Bright and lively apples, lemons, and minerals on the palate. Fairly long finish with the lemon zest and tart apples lingering nicely. Thought this would be dead, but was surprised to find a very nice dry Riesling.
