Sunday, March 14, 2021 - Black raspberry, sweet tobacco, stewed plums, violets, black pepper, fig. Fragrant. Medium-plus body. Medium acidity. Medium-light, velvety tannins. Long finish. Probably at or (maybe) just slightly past peak, but so delicious now. Went well with steak.
