Thursday, November 11, 2004 - Tasted over dinner side by side with a 1998 Domaine Drouhin Laurene. There was a noticeable difference between the two with the Laurene being significantly better. This wine was very pleasant but not overly exciting. It was a bit lacking in aroma and concentration. The flavors were typical of Oregon Pinot Noir. I am not sure that this wine will benefit from further aging.
