Tuesday, July 22, 2014 - Pale straw in color, this sparkling wine showed white peach, apricot and anjou pear on the nose. The mouth feel brought nice acidity with hints of straw and lemon-lime citrus. The finish was clean with the fruit and acidity in balance.

Purchased for $30/bottle at Moro Restaurant in Wilmington, DE, this was an enjoyable pairing with a 4 course tasting menu shared with a dear friend.
