Monday, November 28, 2022 - So good! Nose of olives, smoky earth, beef drippings, sauteed mushroms, black pepper glaze. The palate is zesty with refined tannins but still some nice grip. The black cherry fruit is lively and juicy, full of beef broth, black pepper, morels, tar, tobacco. Savory and delicious.
