It was a bit tight on the initial service, but it spent the rest of the day in the decanter and it openned up. This was my first bottle of their wine I decanted myself. I had always tasted at the winery or the farm. As such the tannins were much more subdued (of coursethe bottle age of a few years helped that as well). I loved the nose and could honestly just sniff the empty glass for quite some time! Nice effort!
