Sunday, April 30, 2017 - The wine took 90 minutes to open but it was still not quite there. Classis black cherries, mushrooms, forest floor, light sweet Oak. Smooth, but finish was a short. This wine had no sediment and comes across as being at least 3 - 5 years away from entering its ideal drinking window, at which time it should improve materially and likely put on more weight.
