Sunday, November 13, 2022 - Tasted blind, guessed 2000-2003 Barolo Risv. Slowox 18hours. Showy multifaced aromatics, from dried flowers, concentrated red fruits, smoky, leather to wild herbs, deep earthy tone savory tarry characters. Round and velvet already, it is so coherent from start to finish with the flavours echoing on the mid palate & the lifting finale. Beautiful and ready now.
