Sunday, July 15, 2012 - This wine was a delight but it clearly shoved tones of age especially on the nose where there was some mud and a hint of wet paper but the violet tones and the light-red fruit still showed with a lovely balance making the nose extremely elegant and classy! The Palet was full body and had a hint of heat but is was still tight and balanced from the acidity. The finish was not the biggest but it was still smooth and round and elegant but this is not a wine that will last for much longer so drink up.
