Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - From K&L. No formal notes. The cork was saturated up 25 percent. 2 hr decant. Amazing aromatics, lengthy finish. Met all my expectations for my first granbussia. I see no reason to rush on opening these. Will wait another 3-5 years before opening another. Make sure to stand this up for a week before decanting if you don't like fine grained sediment.
