Tuesday, April 27, 2021 - Barolo at RPM Steak (RPM Steak - Chicago, IL): Explosive layered nose of cherries, balsamico, dark chocolate, mint and new leather. Palate has sweet red cherry with balsamico for days. Broad, rich and intense. Wow.
