Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - Light yellow tinge. On the nose some riper fruit, buttery, oak flavours and at the end some citrus poking through. Starting rather flat and a bit thin on the mid palat. It finishes with strong citrus flavour and noticeable acidity. I was missing minerality in the wine.
