Tuesday, December 28, 2010 - Very fresh for a nearly 10 year old cab. Full bodied and structured wine with fruit to hold up to a very bold acid frame. Sreams out for some beef or lamb to accompany. Just taking on some secondary character and has nice finish and follow through. Great value for this class of wine.
