Community Tasting Note

Wednesday, November 14, 2012 - I bought a few of these on release and most were consumed prior to joining CT in 2009 so I don't have a tasting history on it. With 2 bottles remaining, I decided to pop it mid week to see if it had anything left.
I was not expecting the treasure that greeted me. I decanted it for 30 minutes before serving and from the get-go it was stunning. My tasting impressions closely match the well done note of La Cave D'Argent on 5/11/2012 so I will dispense with the replay.
I plan to hold on to my last bottle of this until 2015 for a retrospective with my 7 other 2001 Cabs.
