Wednesday, July 17, 2013 - Best of my two bottles. The cork was in bad shape and crumbled when opened. Decanted thru unbleached cheese cloth and rested for about an hour. Excellent in many ways....easily at it's peak. Fresh and fruity but secondary characteristics to add interest. Great on it's own or with food. Drink now -2015.
