Thursday, March 3, 2016 - Inky purple color, nose of blood and iron with floral overtones and fresh red fruit. Raspberry and jammy on the initial palate. Finishes with a dark chocolate bitterness that lingers for a while. A bit sweeter than a typical Rhone, but good in a new world way.
