Thursday, February 28, 2013 - UGCB 2010 HK, Beautiful ruby colour. Floral, with bits of coffee scents. Honey, jammy, balanced with some fruits but not much oak here. Decent structure, tannins and finish which made it very accessible now. Certainly will develop with cellaring, but not too much. 90-92.
