Saturday, March 4, 2017 - Nose is anise and strawberry with a hint of spice. Flavour starts with fruit but quickly coats the mouth with thyme and anise. Full bodied and tannic, a bit chewy without without food. It should mellow out with time. I would wait a couple years.
